4 steps counter the blues

1. Daily brain food. Fish oil - ecospentanoic acid [I will test you on this]. Capsules badged as omega 3 etc. are inflatd due to perceived value [current publicity]. Buy Cod-liver oil. It contains food for neurotransmitters. It is like changing the oil and spark plugs in the car when it is missfiring.

3. Sleep

4. Do-able goals. Set yourself only goals that you can achieve. That way you always succeed. Its your life - take control. Don't let others. Mute all adverts.
